ID Genève & CompPair present Circular C, the first watch with a healable material
The dial, side decorations, and bezel are made from 100% recycled carbon fibres sourced from wind turbine manufacturing waste. The material features CompPair’s unique technology, creating a regenerative watch.
CompPair aims to accelerate the transition to a circular economy with a product enabling ultra- fast repair. This carbon composite returns to its original as-new condition after heating during a minute. Months of research went into extending the lifecycle of our watches, and that included addressing the risk of scratches while wearing. Together with ID Genève, CompPair has taken its technology one step further by combining it with recycled fibers to reintroduce valuable recovered fibers on the market bringing a lower usage of natural resources and energy.
