Statement of Commitment to Human Rights, Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion

This statement expresses our public and concrete commitment to respecting human rights, justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion—within our team, our practices, our supply chain, and our relationship with the world.

Our Commitment to Human Rights

ID Watch SA publicly commits to respecting human rights throughout all its activities, business relationships, and supply chain. This commitment is based on the following international standards:

International Standards to Which ID Genève Adheres:

UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGP)

We are committed to respecting, supporting, and implementing the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGP). We recognize our responsibility to respect human rights and to avoid contributing to violations, either directly or through our business partners.

Universal Declaration of Human Rights & International Bill of Human Rights (DUDH)

We recognize the fundamental rights and freedoms proclaimed in the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights as the foundation of our commitment. We ensure that our activities do not infringe upon these rights.

ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work

We are committed to upholding the five fundamental obligations of the ILO Declaration: freedom of association and collective bargaining, the elimination of forced labor, the abolition of child labor, the elimination of discrimination in employment, and the guarantee of decent working conditions.

This commitment applies to our own operations, our supply chain, and our relationships with all our stakeholders. In the event of an identified negative impact on human rights, ID Genève commits to taking action to remedy it.

We recognize that certain individuals and communities face systemic barriers. We are committed to identifying and addressing structural inequities in our practices.

An accessible and responsible brand

ID Genève is committed to conducting its business activities in an ethical and responsible manner toward its clients, suppliers, and partners.

• Ensure that our website and communications are accessible to people with disabilities, in accordance with WCAG 2.1 AA standards

• Reflect the diversity of our customers in our visual identity and communications

• Select our suppliers and partners based on their respect for human rights and workers’ rights

• Refuse to collaborate with companies involved in proven human rights violations

Governance and Accountability

This commitment has been approved by the management of ID Watch SA and applies to all of our policies, practices, and operations. Responsibility for its implementation and monitoring is entrusted to executive management.

• Designate a member of management to oversee this commitment

• Report annually on the actions implemented and progress made

• Review this document at least every three years, or in the event of significant changes to our activities

• Accept complaints from all stakeholders via our dedicated procedure (idwatch.ch/grievance)
