HONOURING 75 YEARS OF SEDDIQI

Limited edition - Element 75

To honour this extraordinary anniversary, ID Genève is proud to unveil a new model in the Elements collection: the MorphoDune 75th, a limited edition of just 20 pieces crafted exclusively for Seddiqi & Sons. This timepiece unites the poetry of the Arabian desert with Swiss precision and pioneering sustainability, marking a tribute not only to Seddiqi's history but also a bold new chapter in responsible luxury watchmaking.

A watch shaped by the desert's living art

The MorphoDune draws inspiration from the natural landscapes that have shaped generations in the Middle East. Rolling dunes, sculpted endlessly by the wind, serve as a metaphor for time itself: fluid, powerful and ever-changing.

This concept is brought to life on the dial through a mesmerising holographic effect, engineered using Morphotonix™ nanoprinting – a revolutionary Swiss technology used for security features on banknotes and passports. For the first time ever, this pigment-free nano-engraving process is entering the world of haute horlogerie.

Design rooted in culture, crafted with purpose

Beyond technological innovation, the MorphoDune boasts a subtle yet significant detail: spiritual blue woven throughout the dial. This colour is deeply rooted in Arabic culture, symbolising protection, peace and continuity, and reflecting the emotional bond between Seddiqi's legacy and the communities it serves.

The 37 mm case and integrated bracelet are crafted entirely from 100% recycled 316L stainless steel, embodying ID Genève's commitment to sustainability as a core value, not a passing trend. Powered by a refurbished Swiss-made ETA 2892 movement sourced from unsold stocks, the watch celebrates responsible watchmaking by reviving exceptional components rather than producing new ones unnecessarily. Each of the 20 pieces is hand-assembled in Geneva by master watchmaker and ID Genève co-founder Cédric Mulhauser, ensuring the craftsmanship matches the significance of this limited edition.

A partnership built on shared values

With a 75-year history of guardianship, Seddiqi & Sons has protected watchmaking culture, educated collectors and championed independent brands, doing so long before it became fashionable. The company's dedication to innovative horology aligns with ID Genève's mission to redefine luxury through sustainability, transparency, and meaningful design.

This collaboration celebrates more than just a limited edition. It honours heritage and continuity across three generations; innovation as a form of storytelling, in which technology serves emotion; and sustainability as the next frontier of luxury. It reflects the belief that watches are cultural artefacts rather than commodities.

Honouring the past, inspiring the future:

As Seddiqi & Sons celebrates its 75th anniversary, the MorphoDune 75th is a tribute to the desert that shaped a culture, while also pointing towards the future of responsible haute horlogerie.

For ID Genève, this collaboration embodies our mission of designing meaningful, purposeful and timelessly creative timepieces. For Seddiqi, it celebrates a legacy built on passion, craftsmanship and service to collectors worldwide.

Here's to 75 years of honouring time – and to the time we'll honour together.
